Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales and customer service skills who is passionate about the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits to potential renters
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications, collecting required documentation, and conducting background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting inspections and documenting any damages or repairs needed
- Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings, and lease agreements
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient property maintenance and resolve tenant issues
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain client database
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing lease files

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of property management practices and leasing procedures is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an asset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements
- Basic understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing
